It also has separate  identity  in hand  Embroidery , I want  to share  their  traditional  hand  Embroided dress .



This  dress  require  months  for  making ,  house wives & girls  are making  it with their  household  works .

Let's go toward  recipe ,

Ingredients 

Turmeric       1tsp 

Ginger             half inch  piece 

Cardamom      1

Black  pepper  half  tsp

Milk                   1 cup 

Water                1 cup



Recipe #

1 . Take  all ingredients  in  pan .

2 . Boil  until  it reduces it's  volume  up to half .

3 . Now strain it with tea  strainer. 

4 . U  can  add 1tsp  honey in it. 

5 . Enjoy .

Tips#

1 . Here turmeric is  rich off curcumin

that is  fat  soluble ,  it's  important to use full fat  milk. 

2 . Black pepper  helps our body to absorb  curcumin.

Precaution 

It's  not  for  pregnant women.

Healthy egg chocolate pudding for kids

 Healthy  egg chocolate pudding 

                        For  kids 

It's  very  healthy , yummy and easy to cook . Ur kids  must  love it,  let's go  toward  ingredients, 


Ingredients 

Eggs                           3

Coconut powder     1tbs 

Cocoa  powder        2tbs 

Sugar  powder       4 tbsp 

Milk                          1cup 


Recipe  

Turn on  ur oven on 180 degrees for preheating  . 

Take milk  in Large  bowl. 

A eggs in  it. 

Now add all ingredients in  it  one by  one. 

Mix  with  whisk .

Pour  this mixture  into  aluminium  mould. 

Place  this  in  preheated  oven for  20 minutes. 

After cooling  down  , refrigerator  it 

for  1 hour. 

Now place  in serving  bowls with  fresh cream. 

Enjoy.

Pakistan  has  many  colours  of traditions  ,  Waziristan  is also  one flower  of Pakistan  , having  unique traditions  , customs  and values. 

   In this  article  I want  to share their traditional  Jewellery and dress.




              Brides  of this area are  wearing  this dress for their wedding  & then  for  special  occasions  after marriage. 

  It's  embellished  with  hand  work and silver  coins. It's  weight  must be  50 kg , & approximately  50 yards  fabric  is  using  in it's  preparation. 


    Similarly  it's  Jewellery  is also amazing  made by silver , & it consist of  head pieces  , necklaces & earrings 

bracelets.

Ingredients 

Glycerine     100 gm

Lemon juice    1/4 cup 

Rose water       1/4 cup 

Process #

  1. Mix all ingredients  in a bowl. 
  2. Pour  in empty bottles. 
  3. Use thrice a day , specially over night. 
  4. For  100%  result  use  socks , after applying  on feet.

Kheer


 Kheer 

Ingredients 

Milk                                  1lit

Roughly grinde rice      1/4  cup 

Sugar                                1/4  cup 

Cardamom  powder        2 pinch 



Recipe 

  • Take  1 lit milk  on high  flame. 
  • Put 1/4 cup roughly grinde  rice. 
  • After  5 minute  when  it starts  boiling , cook it on low  flame  for15 minutes with constant stirring.
  • Add 2 pinch  of cardamom  powder 
  • In 15 minutes  ,  rice cook very  well  at low flame.  
  • Again  for 5 minutes  cook at high flame. 
  • It's  volume  reduces to half  , it becomes  thick.
  • Dish out it, when it cools at room  temp , refrigerator  it for 1hr.
  • Enjoy. 

         It's  enough for 3 to 4 persons. 

          Cost  is     160 Rs

Cup cake

 Cup  cake  


Ingredients 

Allpurpose  flour   1 cup 

Com flour                 2tbs

Oil                              half  cup 

Powder sugar          half  cup 

Salt                            half  tsp 

Vanilla extract         few  drops 

Baking powder         1tsp

Eggs                              2


Recipe 

First  make  cake  flour, by replacing 2tbs allpurpose flour  with  corn flour, & seive  it  3 to 4 times. 

Now put salt  , baking powder  in it.

Now take  eggs  in  separate  bowl &beat  it until fluffy , add vanilla extract , sugar , oil &  3tbs milk  in  it. Beat it again. 

Heat  oven  at  160 degrees. 

Add prepare  flour  in it in 3 steps , & roll it. ( don't  over beat , it'll  ruined your  cake).

Brush with oil cup cake covers.

Place  cake  my  in it, ( remember  don't  over fill left some space for raising).

Heat  it for  20 minutes 

Insert  toothpick   to check .

At last  grill it  for 3 minutes.

Jaggery tea سپیشل گڑ والی چائے

Jaggery tea 


Ingredients 

Water         1cup 
Milk             3 cup 
Cardamom  2
Jaggery         half  cup 

Recipe #
Take  a pan. 
Pour  water & milk  into. 
Put  cardamom & jaggery into. 
Boil  on medium heat. 
When  jaggery  dissolve,  put  2tbs 
tea into. 
Boil  for 5 minute. 
Jaggery  tea is ready. 
Enjoy.

Lacha parata



Lacha  parata 


Ingredients 

Whole  wheat  flour      2cup 
Allpurpose  flour            1cup 
Semolina                           2tbs 
Salt                                     1tbs
Oil                                       as require
Water                                  as require 
Egg                                       1

Recipe #
Take   whole wheat flour +allpurpose 
Flour +semolina +salt+ egg in a large bowl. 
Add water & mix , cover  bowl  with 
Clingfilm &let it for 15 minutes.
Now  knead it for 5 minute  &cover again  with clingfilm. 
Refrigerator  it for minimum  1 hour.,
but if refrigerator  it over night, it will be  best. 
Dust flour, take a piece  of  dough. 
Plain  it with roller. 
Pour oil & sprinkle flour over. 
Cut  it with knife  in slices. 
Place  slices on  each other.
Role  it, let it for minute. 
Again  plain  it & place on  preheat  griddle. 
Fry  it & enjoy .

CHICKEN PULAWO



CHICKEN PULAWO:


Its traditional . thmughal dish. It was prepared in  the era of mughal king M.SHAH rangila. By chance

minister of  M.SHAH passed there. the aroma Of pulawo caught him. He liked that very much.

But if you are living in a large family , or having some gate-togather or party and you are making 

something special than it is good option For you because this is very delicious , simple and enough for 

15-plus Guys Lets go toward recipei.


INGREDIENTS:

CHICKEN  # 2 FULL
RICE  # 3 KG
OIL  #  1LIT
GARAM MASALA GROUNDED  #  5 TBS
SALT  #  7 TBS
GARAM MASALA UNGROUNDED  #  HALF CUP
ONION  #  1 KG
TMATO  #  1.5 KG
GREEN CHILLI  #  12-15
GARLIC  #  5 TBS


RECIPEI:

1- CHOPED ONION , TOMATOES
2- PUT ONION AND OIL IN PAIN ON MEDIUM FLAME.
3- WHEN ONION BECOME DARK  ADD UNGROUNDED GARAM MASALA JUST STIR FRY IF FOR 2 MIN. WHEN GARAM MASALA START AROMA , PUT WASHED DRAINED CHICKEN IN IT.
4- NOW PUT 2 TBS SALT IN IT AND FRY IT UNTIL CHICKEN COLOR BECOMES GOLDEN.
5- NOW PUT TOMATOES IN IT.
6- WHEN IT BECOME TENDEN PUT 6 KG WATER IN IT WEIGHT WITH SOME UTENSIT
7- WHEN WATER START BOILING , ADD CRUSHED GREEN CHILLI + GARLIC + 6 TBS SALT + GROUNDED GARAM MASALA IN IT.
8- NOW ADD WASHED AND DRAINEDRICE IN IT [I ALREADY SOACKED RICE FOR 15 MINUTES].
9- NOW COOK RICE FROM MEDIUM TO HIGH FLAME.
10- WHEN RICE ABSORBED 90% WATER, AS SHOWN IN VIDEO. COVER PANE WITH LID LEAVE IT IN STEAM AT VERY LOW FLAME FOR 30 MIN.
11- AFTER 30 MIN YOUR CHICKEN PALAWO IS READY FOR EATING.

Chana palawo Chick peas palawo

CHANA PALOW  OR CHICK PEA PALAWO:



We know white chick peas are reach of protien , if it combine with rice carbohydrates , than what do 


you think about this healthy compound [Chick pea Palawo].


Here I,am presenting this Procedure Of making Rice is enough for 15-People.                 

 

 Its unique in taste and aroma Beacause of chick pease. you can its is Pakistan traditional and  


economic dish, which is preparing in deifferent occousions.


 if you have some pecail occousion and you want some economic you can try it.


lets go toward recipie :


Igredients;


(Rice  #  3kg   (BROKEN RICE).

Chick Peas  # 1.5 kg.

Oil.      # 1L 

onion # 1kg.

Tomato  #  1.5kg.

Garlic # 20 cloves

Green Chili  #  12-13

Garam masala  # 5 tbs   GROUNDED

Red Chilli Flakes  #  2  tbs.

Salt  #  6 tbs in rice and 2 tbs in White chick peas).




Recipe:


1- First boil chick peas 

(If you want to chick peas in 15 min you can watch my video).


 2- now cut onions and tomatoes and crush garlic+Green Chilli

3- put oil and onion in pane And cook it on medeium Flame.

4- When onion become dark brown , add tomatos in it |with 2 tbs salt|

5- Tomatos Tenderize , add 6L water in it |double water of rice|

6-  when water start boiling ADD garam masala , red chilli Flakes , salt and crush Chilli + Garlic.

7- nowadd rice+ chixk peas in it

8- when rice absorb water 90%  , put it on steam at low flame cover the pane with lid and leave it for 30 min.

9- after 30 minute your chick Peas Pulawo is ready.


Presentation:

                     you can Present it  with Salad and Raita.

How to make perfect dough for parata and chapati

 

  Make  a dough 

               For 

parata and chapati

       Ingredients 

         Flour      2 cup 
         Salt         as required 
         Water     as required 
Procedure# 
Take flour in large bowl. 
Mix slowly water in it,until all flour becomes wet.
Now cover this and leave for 30 minutes. 
Check  the dough with hand, if there is not elasticity then let it for further time. 
When  there is elasticity, then add salt in it. 
Wet ur hands  & knead  it for  5 minutes. 
Put  in container & cover with lid or cover with clingfilm. 
Refrigerator  it  for  minimum 1 hour 
or  overnight.
