Kheer
Ingredients
Milk 1lit
Roughly grinde rice 1/4 cup
Sugar 1/4 cup
Cardamom powder 2 pinch
Recipe
- Take 1 lit milk on high flame.
- Put 1/4 cup roughly grinde rice.
- After 5 minute when it starts boiling , cook it on low flame for15 minutes with constant stirring.
- Add 2 pinch of cardamom powder
- In 15 minutes , rice cook very well at low flame.
- Again for 5 minutes cook at high flame.
- It's volume reduces to half , it becomes thick.
- Dish out it, when it cools at room temp , refrigerator it for 1hr.
- Enjoy.
It's enough for 3 to 4 persons.
