Its traditional . thmughal dish. It was prepared in the era of mughal king M.SHAH rangila. By chance
minister of M.SHAH passed there. the aroma Of pulawo caught him. He liked that very much.
But if you are living in a large family , or having some gate-togather or party and you are making
something special than it is good option For you because this is very delicious , simple and enough for
15-plus Guys Lets go toward recipei.
INGREDIENTS:
CHICKEN # 2 FULL
RICE # 3 KG
OIL # 1LIT
GARAM MASALA GROUNDED # 5 TBS
SALT # 7 TBS
GARAM MASALA UNGROUNDED # HALF CUP
ONION # 1 KG
TMATO # 1.5 KG
GREEN CHILLI # 12-15
GARLIC # 5 TBS
RECIPEI:
1- CHOPED ONION , TOMATOES
2- PUT ONION AND OIL IN PAIN ON MEDIUM FLAME.
3- WHEN ONION BECOME DARK ADD UNGROUNDED GARAM MASALA JUST STIR FRY IF FOR 2 MIN. WHEN GARAM MASALA START AROMA , PUT WASHED DRAINED CHICKEN IN IT.
4- NOW PUT 2 TBS SALT IN IT AND FRY IT UNTIL CHICKEN COLOR BECOMES GOLDEN.
5- NOW PUT TOMATOES IN IT.
6- WHEN IT BECOME TENDEN PUT 6 KG WATER IN IT WEIGHT WITH SOME UTENSIT
7- WHEN WATER START BOILING , ADD CRUSHED GREEN CHILLI + GARLIC + 6 TBS SALT + GROUNDED GARAM MASALA IN IT.
8- NOW ADD WASHED AND DRAINEDRICE IN IT [I ALREADY SOACKED RICE FOR 15 MINUTES].
9- NOW COOK RICE FROM MEDIUM TO HIGH FLAME.
10- WHEN RICE ABSORBED 90% WATER, AS SHOWN IN VIDEO. COVER PANE WITH LID LEAVE IT IN STEAM AT VERY LOW FLAME FOR 30 MIN.
11- AFTER 30 MIN YOUR CHICKEN PALAWO IS READY FOR EATING.
