How to make perfect dough for parata and chapati

 

  Make  a dough 

               For 

parata and chapati

       Ingredients 

         Flour      2 cup 
         Salt         as required 
         Water     as required 
Procedure# 
Take flour in large bowl. 
Mix slowly water in it,until all flour becomes wet.
Now cover this and leave for 30 minutes. 
Check  the dough with hand, if there is not elasticity then let it for further time. 
When  there is elasticity, then add salt in it. 
Wet ur hands  & knead  it for  5 minutes. 
Put  in container & cover with lid or cover with clingfilm. 
Refrigerator  it  for  minimum 1 hour 
or  overnight.
