spice corn bread

Corn bread is special part of lunch in Pakistani village areas.There are different methods of cooking,i want to share one of that.

Ingrdients

Onion            #        1 bowl
Coriander    #      1 bowl
Mint             #      1 bowl
Green chili  #        8
Garlic          #       20 cloves
Corn flour   #       2 bowls
Salt            #       1 tablespoon or according wish


Procedure


  1. Take all vegetables and chopped them.
  2. now crush  them in mortar pistle coarsely.
  3. Mix them well.
  4. Now add corn flour +salt in it.
  5. Knead it well for 6-7 min  with adding water slowly in it.
  6. Now shape it in circle with half inch thickness.
  7. Cook it on preheated girdle (tawa) for 6 min on full flame.
  8. Change it's side and cook it on low flame till it,s colour become red.
  9. Cook its all sides by changing its directions.
  10. Now its ready to eat with butter ,butter milk.
I mention here RECEPIE with gas stove +gridle ,but in village areas it,s cooking on special design 
mud stove with fire.For watching that  check this video
