spice corn bread
Corn bread is special part of lunch in Pakistani village areas.There are different methods of cooking,i want to share one of that.
Ingrdients
Onion # 1 bowl
Coriander # 1 bowl
Mint # 1 bowl
Green chili # 8
Garlic # 20 cloves
Corn flour # 2 bowls
Salt # 1 tablespoon or according wish
Procedure
- Take all vegetables and chopped them.
- now crush them in mortar pistle coarsely.
- Mix them well.
- Now add corn flour +salt in it.
- Knead it well for 6-7 min with adding water slowly in it.
- Now shape it in circle with half inch thickness.
- Cook it on preheated girdle (tawa) for 6 min on full flame.
- Change it's side and cook it on low flame till it,s colour become red.
- Cook its all sides by changing its directions.
- Now its ready to eat with butter ,butter milk.
