Chana Dal Fry With Desi Tarka

Ingredients :-

  • Dal Chana # 250gm
  • Onion # 1
  • Tomato# 4
  • Green Chili + Garlic # 1 Table Spoon
  • Oil # 1/3 Cup 
  • Red Chili Powder # 1 Tea Spoon
  • Cumin # 1 Tea Spoon
  • Garam Masala # 1 Tea Spoon 
  • Tomato = 4
  • Karahi Masala  = Table Spoon
  • Green Chili = 3-4
  • Soaking Time # 1 Hr
  • Boiling Time # 20 min

Procedure:-

  • Wash &  Soak  250gm Chana dal for 1 hr .
  • Now Boil it in Pressure Cooker for 20min (add turmeric Powder/Salt & red Chili Powder half tsp)
  • Fry Chopped Onion in oil till light brown.
  • drain dal & Save it's Water.
  • Now Add this dal in fry onion & fry for 5 min.
  • Now add all Masala (Red chili Powder + Cumin + Garam Masala + Green Chili + Garlic Powder ) fry it till Fragrance .
  • Now add Chopped tomato in it .
  • Add Water we obtain during boiling..
