Kheer


 Kheer 

Ingredients 

Milk                                  1lit

Roughly grinde rice      1/4  cup 

Sugar                                1/4  cup 

Cardamom  powder        2 pinch 



Recipe 

  • Take  1 lit milk  on high  flame. 
  • Put 1/4 cup roughly grinde  rice. 
  • After  5 minute  when  it starts  boiling , cook it on low  flame  for15 minutes with constant stirring.
  • Add 2 pinch  of cardamom  powder 
  • In 15 minutes  ,  rice cook very  well  at low flame.  
  • Again  for 5 minutes  cook at high flame. 
  • It's  volume  reduces to half  , it becomes  thick.
  • Dish out it, when it cools at room  temp , refrigerator  it for 1hr.
  • Enjoy. 

         It's  enough for 3 to 4 persons.

Cup cake

 Cup  cake  


Ingredients 

Allpurpose  flour   1 cup 

Com flour                 2tbs

Oil                              half  cup 

Powder sugar          half  cup 

Salt                            half  tsp 

Vanilla extract         few  drops 

Baking powder         1tsp

Eggs                              2


Recipe 

First  make  cake  flour, by replacing 2tbs allpurpose flour  with  corn flour, & seive  it  3 to 4 times. 

Now put salt  , baking powder  in it.

Now take  eggs  in  separate  bowl &beat  it until fluffy , add vanilla extract , sugar , oil &  3tbs milk  in  it. Beat it again. 

Heat  oven  at  160 degrees. 

Add prepare  flour  in it in 3 steps , & roll it. ( don't  over beat , it'll  ruined your  cake).

Brush with oil cup cake covers.

Place  cake  my  in it, ( remember  don't  over fill left some space for raising).

Heat  it for  20 minutes 

Insert  toothpick   to check .

At last  grill it  for 3 minutes.

Jaggery tea سپیشل گڑ والی چائے

Jaggery tea 


Ingredients 

Water         1cup 
Milk             3 cup 
Cardamom  2
Jaggery         half  cup 

Recipe #
Take  a pan. 
Pour  water & milk  into. 
Put  cardamom & jaggery into. 
Boil  on medium heat. 
When  jaggery  dissolve,  put  2tbs 
tea into. 
Boil  for 5 minute. 
Jaggery  tea is ready. 
Enjoy.

Lacha parata



Lacha  parata 


Ingredients 

Whole  wheat  flour      2cup 
Allpurpose  flour            1cup 
Semolina                           2tbs 
Salt                                     1tbs
Oil                                       as require
Water                                  as require 
Egg                                       1

Recipe #
Take   whole wheat flour +allpurpose 
Flour +semolina +salt+ egg in a large bowl. 
Add water & mix , cover  bowl  with 
Clingfilm &let it for 15 minutes.
Now  knead it for 5 minute  &cover again  with clingfilm. 
Refrigerator  it for minimum  1 hour.,
but if refrigerator  it over night, it will be  best. 
Dust flour, take a piece  of  dough. 
Plain  it with roller. 
Pour oil & sprinkle flour over. 
Cut  it with knife  in slices. 
Place  slices on  each other.
Role  it, let it for minute. 
Again  plain  it & place on  preheat  griddle. 
Fry  it & enjoy .
