Pakora Recipe

Ingredients:-

Gram Flour # 2Cup
Onion # 1 bowl chopped
Green Chilli # 6-7 chopped
Potato # 1 bowl chopped
Coriandar + Mint # 1 bowl chopped
Red Chilli Powder # half tb spoon
Proven Coriander # half tb spoon
Salt # 1tb spoon(According to Wish)
Baking Powder # 2 Pinch.
Recipe #
Mix all Ingredient & make paste with water.
Heat oil, untill boil.Now add this Paste with help of spoon.
When turn brown on both sides make cuts in it with the help of knife.
Now again fry it, till red colour.
Enjoy with Suace  & tea.

Make cappuccino coffee


         

       

           Ingredients #

            Coffee     #   8tbs 
            Sugar     #  8tbsp 
            Water     #8tbs 
            Milk       # 2       

          Recipe #
  1. Take coffee +sugar in a mug ,addwater  also. 
  2. First beat it  with fork, than beat it with electric coffee beater for 15 minute. 
  3. When it become fluffy ,boil 2cup milk. &pour it in cups.
  4. Now add prepare coffee in these cups, according to your wish.                     
  5. Remaining coffee  store in refrigerator.

Dehi bengan or brinjal with yogurt

It's very delicious and especially for those guys, who are on diet.Lets go to share it.

 

                              

Ingredients

 Brinjal  # 1/kg
Yogurt   # 1/kg
cumin powder #
Black pepper # 1 tea spoon
Salt       #  1 tea spoon 
Round red chili  # 6-7
Oil       # 7 table spoon 

Procedure

  1. Make slices of brinjal in round or oval shape and sprinkle salt on it.
  2. Take 2 table spoon of oil in pan and fry these slices in it.
  3. take yogurt in separate bowl and stir it with spoon , fork .
  4. Add salt and black pepper in it.
  5. Now add fry brinjal in it.
  6. Take 4 tablespoon oil in pan , heat it and add cumin seed and round red chili in it.
  7. When it roasted , pour on bowl containing yogurt and brinjal 
  8. You can serve it with  chapati  or boil  rice. 
  9. It is  enough for 4 to 5 persons.

Imli Sauce

Ingredients:-

Imli = 250
Water = 2 glass
Sugar = 4 table Spoon
Red Chili Powder # 1/2 table Spoon
Black Pepper # 1/2 tea Spoon
  1. Soak imli in 2 glass water overnight .
  2. Remove Stones of imli .
  3. Now blend it for 4-5 min .
  4. Pour this pulp in Sauce pane blender & add Sugar, black pepper, salt & red chili powder in it .
  5. Now heat it for 4-5 min till it become thick .
  6. Imli Sauce is prepare .
  7. You can serve it with snacks. 
  8. You can save it in refrigerator for  one week.

spice corn bread

Corn bread is special part of lunch in Pakistani village areas.There are different methods of cooking,i want to share one of that.

Ingrdients

Onion            #        1 bowl
Coriander    #      1 bowl
Mint             #      1 bowl
Green chili  #        8
Garlic          #       20 cloves
Corn flour   #       2 bowls
Salt            #       1 tablespoon or according wish


Procedure


  1. Take all vegetables and chopped them.
  2. now crush  them in mortar pistle coarsely.
  3. Mix them well.
  4. Now add corn flour +salt in it.
  5. Knead it well for 6-7 min  with adding water slowly in it.
  6. Now shape it in circle with half inch thickness.
  7. Cook it on preheated girdle (tawa) for 6 min on full flame.
  8. Change it's side and cook it on low flame till it,s colour become red.
  9. Cook its all sides by changing its directions.
  10. Now its ready to eat with butter ,butter milk.
I mention here RECEPIE with gas stove +gridle ,but in village areas it,s cooking on special design 
mud stove with fire.For watching that  check this video     




Chana Dal Fry With Desi Tarka

Ingredients :-

  • Dal Chana # 250gm
  • Onion # 1
  • Tomato# 4
  • Green Chili + Garlic # 1 Table Spoon
  • Oil # 1/3 Cup 
  • Red Chili Powder # 1 Tea Spoon
  • Cumin # 1 Tea Spoon
  • Garam Masala # 1 Tea Spoon 
  • Tomato = 4
  • Karahi Masala  = Table Spoon
  • Green Chili = 3-4
  • Soaking Time # 1 Hr
  • Boiling Time # 20 min

Procedure:-

  • Wash &  Soak  250gm Chana dal for 1 hr .
  • Now Boil it in Pressure Cooker for 20min (add turmeric Powder/Salt & red Chili Powder half tsp)
  • Fry Chopped Onion in oil till light brown.
  • drain dal & Save it's Water.
  • Now Add this dal in fry onion & fry for 5 min.
  • Now add all Masala (Red chili Powder + Cumin + Garam Masala + Green Chili + Garlic Powder ) fry it till Fragrance .
  • Now add Chopped tomato in it .
  • Add Water we obtain during boiling..
