Dehi bengan or brinjal with yogurt

                              Brinjal with yogurt 


It's very delicious and especially for those guys, who are on diet.Lets go to share it.

 

                              

Ingredients

 Brinjal  # 1/kg
Yogurt   # 1/kg
cumin powder #
Black pepper # 1 tea spoon
Salt       #  1 tea spoon 
Round red chili  # 6-7
Oil       # 7 table spoon 

Procedure

  1. Make slices of brinjal in round or oval shape and sprinkle salt on it.
  2. Take 2 table spoon of oil in pan and fry these slices in it.
  3. take yogurt in separate bowl and stir it with spoon , fork .
  4. Add salt and black pepper in it.
  5. Now add fry brinjal in it.
  6. Take 4 tablespoon oil in pan , heat it and add cumin seed and round red chili in it.
  7. When it roasted , pour on bowl containing yogurt and brinjal 
  8. You can serve it with  chapati  or boil  rice. 
  9. It is  enough for 4 to 5 persons.
